this bleep page says the cd comes with a 16 page booklet, but this page says the cd comes with "art cards"

what is it, a booklet or a bunch of seperate art cards?

THIS IS IMPORTANT

And a decent package shot would have been nice. THAT ONE ISN'T DECENT ENOUGH.

*chokes to death on own whining*

They better watch out: they might get sued by Apple for the rounded corners in those images.

*Puts photo-nerd hat on*

I wonder if those images are shot using a holga, or whatever, or if they treat them in photoshop afterwards to give them that old look.

You're telling me Instagram couldn't do this?

Guest cctoide

Maybe it took them 8 years to make the album because they were waiting for that photo to age.

Yes, yes it probably could, but I choose to believe that they would not use instagram.

Don't forget that Alameda is were they keep the nuclear wessels

huh>?

Oh man, do I really have to?

In Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home (1986), the crew of the Enterprise arrives in 1986 San Francisco in a Klingon Bird of Prey (the Enterprise has been destroyed). Uhura and Chekov need to find nuclear materials to charge the Bird of Prey's dilithium crystals. Chekov is a source of comedy as he proceeds to ask average 1986 SF citizens where he can locate a nuclear "wessel." His accent is stereotypically Russian, and it is the height of the cold war. Eventually, Uhura and Chekov locate the aircraft carrier USS Enterprise (CVN-65) at the Naval Air Station Alameda, which they proceed to infiltrate. There are also whales.

Edit: and also I meant to type 'where,' obviously

You forgot the hilarious consequences.

I know? I said nuclear wessels? It was a fucking joke particularly re: the cold war aesthetic BoC are playing with on this release? It's ruined now.

Should have just stopped when I saw it was an elusive4 post. SORRY. Everything's ruined. Fuck. Hilarious consequences.
