I found a thing.

I'm sure you all had noticed the number of the session corresponding to the stylized colon by now.

The question mark however I just figured out could appear if the physicals are grouped in a bookcase.

so, now, instead of enigmatic graphics, TDR puts question marks directly in the graphics. The enigma of declaring an enigma without there being any causal enigma. I'm shorting.

I thought the "?" was a nod to fans' confusion RE whether NTS is an album, EP, etc.

But it is clearly an ep! Isn't it?

I would never want to have to flip all end, let alone twice.

I wonder what happens after each side - Just cuts out mid track, quick fade in/out ? Anyone (want to admit) own the Disintegration Loops 12'' boxset and know what happens there ?

Don't know about Basinski but for LCD Soundsystem's 45:33, it was quick fades with some altered intros/outros. That one is way more sectional though.

They have the patches, they can make fade-ins/outs that are more than just lowering/increasing volume. Or maybe the make the different sections three different versions that are tweaked in a different way so new tracks just using the same patch as all end

Haven't been following this closely. Are these all unreleased tracks coming out on the warp discs? or just some of them?

The NTS Sessions were broadcast, after each of the 4 broadcasts the digital files were available for purchase. The physical editions (CD, vinyl) are just physical copies of the already available sessions.

I wish the NTS2 CD went 6/6. I love that viol/sinis transition, but would prefer CD 3 to end with viol and 4 start with sinis. Can understand why not, but splitting that session down the middle would be so simple. Hopefully we get a hidden track after turbile!

Ohmygosh you're right - I wonder what'll happen to that segue in the CD version, just chopped off ?

nts is all new, though one song appeared in '16 shows, and one song bears similarity to the end of bladelores.
