this thread is not for fun ... i went shopping the other day and i cant find a decent pair. either they're way skinny or too baggy. and nearly all have fabric-boner producingly high crotches. that pic of yours looked good - not too skinny/ low crotch/ reasonable shin scrunch. where did you get them?

Let's list links to places where it you inevitably end up spending far too long reading/browsing (besides WATMM itself). All you wanted to know about Street Fighter II http://streetfightermiscellany.com/index.html

Has anyone here simply quit the internet? Or at least gone so cold turkey that you only and check email and a handful of other quick, pragmatic things. I've been less and less active on FB and twitter but I still find myself farting around on reddit or some other topical site asking myself "why am I sitting here wasting time?" or feeling like I'm superficially projecting my artistic interests and leanings by just browsing other peoples (oft recycled or re-posted) art and culture. The other factor is pure nostalgia / reflection on my personal past and society's past. I miss the more detached time I had offline or by myself. I'm kind of a holdout - hell I didn't e…

A man who says he is "pro torture" and "pro dictatorship", a right-extremist militarist who admires the military dictatorship of the 80s, a man whose supporters committed over 50 violent attacks on left politicians, activists and different-minded people during the last couple of days and burned down the National Museum where millions of invaluable and unique artworks were destroyed, a man who hates artists, black people, women and non-Christians, got elected president of Brazil yesterday. And Trump shakes hands with him and congratulates him. Have things always been so fucked or is the world falling apart lately? Let's hope that people somehow find a way out of this downw…

I mean, users who are still active and who signed in early. The ones who can say, I saw it all... the witnesses of watmm's evolution. Just curious about it, nothing more than that. I am not, being a user since 2010 (before that I was on em411.com, where I registered in 2002) cheers. p. p.s. share some memories if you feel like it

With all this COVID-19 stuff changing our lives, I was wondering how many of us now work from home and how it's affected you. Bonus points for shots of your home work setup or description.

Yeah I know I'm gonna sound like a manchild, (but fuck it I am one), but anyone into collecting diecast cars, whether it be the bigger real scale models, or the 1/64 models like Hot Wheels or Matchbox. I'm into the 1/64 diecasts so of course I collect those two brands. I had thousands as a kid and lost interest collecting them around 2015, but got into the habit again in late 2019 since I was seeing all the great models I was missing out on. It seems to be a golden age of diecast collecting right now.

Look, it's a fucking pandemic and we're all on edge. We should all be a little more forgiving. But honestly guys, I'm not sure I can recover from this one. You know how you start a Facebook Live to show your family what kind of fly shit you're up to? Like juggling soaps, braiding loose dog hairs, or just generally strutting around in your robe like you're the king of Atlantic City? Well today, I was setting up my lighting and tri-pod to do the Facebook Live and I absolutely forgot that I had twisted like 70 rubberbands around my balls as tight as they could go and I was obviously walking around with no pants on just to let them throb and swell. The pain was murd…

Okay, I'm just gonna go ahead and say it: I have never watched The Godfather. Neither of them. I have never watched The Wire. I have never heard The Dark Side of the Moon. I have never read Infinite Jest. In my defense: All of these works are in my possession, I just haven't gotten around to watch/listen to/read them. The Godfather has been so referenced to death that I kind of feel I don't even have to anymore, it's like I've seen it a thousand times. Which essential, canonical piece of art have you never experienced, and why? Share it here, and no one in the real world will ever know!

Just for fun/boredom; free browser-based interstellar ark simulator: https://johnayliff.itch.io/seedship AFAIK a Post-Singularity Cosmic Enlightenment civilization is the best possible outcome. But feel free to give it a try and see what results you end up with.

Report finds ICE detention center is using a disinfectant over 50 times a day that causes bleeding and pain https://www.insider.com/report-detention-centers-use-disinfectant-causing-bleeding-and-pain-2020-6 Two advocacy organizations have filed a complaint alleging that Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention center is using a COVID-19 disinfectant on the facility over 50 times a day. Admittedly I'm by and large and ignorant muzungu, but there's no denying Uganda's contribution to memes. But aside from that, I've also recently became a Patron of Wakaliwood, because I see true talent in Isaac Nabwane as a film director and his staff. Seriously tho, if you haven't seen Wakaliwood films, check them out. I also remember meeting a girl from Uganda when I lived in Japan. She was cool af. Wish we could have gotten to hang out more.
